Agreement to Terms

By booking services with Border City Photo Booth, operated by Justin Parker, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our photo booth rental services for events in Windsor-Essex County and surrounding areas.

Booking & Deposits

• A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking.
• All bookings require a signed contract before the event date is confirmed.
• The remaining balance is due one (1) day prior to your event.
• Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or e-transfer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The $200 deposit is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed.
• Cancellations made 60 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event are subject to forfeiture of all payments made.
• Date changes may be accommodated based on availability and must be requested in writing.

Our Commitment

In the unlikely event that Border City Photo Booth cannot fulfill your booking due to circumstances within our control (illness, equipment failure, etc.):

• You will receive a full refund of all payments made.
• We maintain backup equipment and contingency plans to ensure this situation is extremely rare.

Photo Ownership & Usage

• Both parties retain ownership of photos taken during your event. You own your photos and may use them however you wish.
• Border City Photo Booth may use photos from your event for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials) unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Photos are delivered via USB drive included with your package.
• Digital delivery via Google Drive is available upon request.

Venue & Setup Requirements

• The Mirror Booth requires approximately 8 feet × 8 feet of space with access to a standard electrical outlet.
• Setup typically takes 45-60 minutes. We require access to the venue at least one hour before your contracted start time.
• The booth must be set up indoors or in a covered, climate-controlled area.

Liability & Damages

• Border City Photo Booth is not responsible for injuries to guests while using the photo booth or props.
• The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests' misuse, negligence, or intentional actions.
• We carry liability insurance for our equipment and operations.

Service Limitations

Border City Photo Booth's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any failure to perform.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
